Véronique De Foy
Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Véronique De Foy is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PLEXTERRA. Drawing on more than 17 years of leadership experience in the Canadian Armed Forces, she brings a disciplined approach to real estate development, strategic planning, risk assessment, and multidisciplinary coordination. She works with developers, investors, municipalities, property owners, and independent professionals to help transform complex opportunities into viable, well-structured, and financeable projects across Canada and the United States.

Iman Nedaee
Lead Architectural Designer | Architectural Intern, OAQ
Iman Nedaee is Lead Architectural Designer at PLEXTERRA and brings more than 15 years of experience in architectural design and real estate development — residential, multifamily, commercial and institutional. He holds a master's degree in architecture and an AEC in Architecture and Building Construction from Cégep André-Laurendeau. His academic qualifications have been certified by the Canadian Architectural Certification Board (CACB), and he is currently completing his architectural internship with the Ordre des architectes du Québec (OAQ). Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max and Photoshop, he brings deep expertise in BIM modeling, technical drawings and photorealistic 3D visualization. Iman has been collaborating with PLEXTERRA's founder for nearly three years — first at Habitation Prestige, then at PLEXTERRA — bringing continuity, stability and institutional rigor to every project he leads.

Maryam Sheikhy
Senior Architectural Technologist
Maryam Sheikhy is Senior Architectural Technologist at PLEXTERRA, drawing on more than 15 years of international experience in architectural design, technical coordination and real estate project development. She holds a master's degree in architecture and has contributed to residential, commercial, institutional and healthcare projects — from initial design through technical documentation and construction coordination. At PLEXTERRA, she supports developers, investors and owners in assessing and optimizing project potential: site analyses, feasibility studies, regulatory reviews and development scenarios. She also contributes to technical design, permit-ready drawings, BIM modeling and multidisciplinary coordination. To align her expertise with Canadian practices, she has completed several specialized training programs in Québec and is currently in the recognition process with the OTPQ. She is proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Project. Recognized for her rigor, organizational skills and ability to solve complex problems, she favors a collaborative approach grounded in quality, innovation and sustainability.

Professional Civil Engineering Technologist | Building Inspection & Site Supervision
Merlin Lemogo Nguemo is a Professional Civil Engineering Technologist and member of the Ordre des technologues professionnels du Québec (OTPQ). He brings more than five years of experience in technical design, modeling, project coordination, site supervision, building inspection and quality control. His profile bridges the technical office and the field: he is fluent in reading plans and specifications, preparing execution drawings and details, 2D/3D modeling, site monitoring, works compliance, quantity take-offs and technical coordination. At PLEXTERRA, Merlin contributes to building inspections, on-site observation documentation, deficiency identification and the preparation of technical reports. He is proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MS Project, Plan Expert and SAP2000.
