Véronique De Foy is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PLEXTERRA, a North American real estate development consulting firm specializing in land optimization, technical due diligence, project planning, feasibility analysis, and multidisciplinary coordination for residential, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial developments.
With more than 17 years of service in the Canadian Armed Forces, she developed a strong foundation in leadership, strategic planning, operational management, and risk assessment. Today, she applies that disciplined approach to the real estate industry, helping developers, investors, municipalities, and property owners transform complex opportunities into well-structured, viable, and financeable projects.
Under her leadership, PLEXTERRA has built a multidisciplinary collaboration model that brings together independent architects, engineers, building technologists, planners, designers, and construction professionals. By coordinating expertise across multiple disciplines, PLEXTERRA helps clients advance comprehensive, well-structured real estate development projects throughout Canada and the United States.
Véronique is particularly passionate about improving how real estate projects are evaluated and planned before construction begins. By integrating technical analysis, regulatory strategy, digital technologies, financial optimization, and institutional financing considerations from the earliest stages of development, she helps clients reduce risk, improve project efficiency, and maximize long-term asset value.
She is also leading the integration of advanced technologies — including artificial intelligence, digital twins, drone surveying, Matterport reality capture, BIM coordination, and immersive visualization — to modernize the development process and enhance decision-making for investors and project stakeholders.
Her long-term vision is to establish PLEXTERRA as a trusted North American real estate development consulting firm recognized for strategic insight, technical rigor, innovation, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
