Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Plexterra and its clients in connection with the sale of strategic real estate project analysis services and architectural plans.

Plexterra offers the following services: • **Strategic land analysis**: Development potential assessment, financial modeling, strategic recommendations. • **Multiplex architectural plans**: Optimized architectural concepts for multi-unit projects (6-plex, 8-plex, 12-plex, 24-plex). • **Professional services**: Architectural adaptation, structural engineering, turnkey package. Details, prices, and deliverables for each service are described on our website and in personalized quotes.

• Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes (GST/QST). • Payment is due according to the terms indicated at the time of order. • Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit card. • Strategic analysis fees may be credited 100% toward the purchase of a plan or mandate, subject to current conditions.

• The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. • Delivery times are communicated at the time of order and vary depending on the service chosen. • Deliverables are transmitted electronically (email, secure sharing platform). • In case of delay, Plexterra commits to informing the client as soon as possible.

• Plans and documents provided by Plexterra remain the intellectual property of Plexterra until full payment. • After full payment, the client obtains a license to use the plans for the construction of a single building. • Reproduction, resale, or distribution of plans to third parties is strictly prohibited. • Concepts, methodologies, and analysis tools remain the exclusive property of Plexterra.

• Plexterra commits to providing professional quality services. • Analyses and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. • The client is responsible for verifying compliance of plans with local regulations. • Plexterra cannot be held responsible for investment decisions made by the client. • Plexterra's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

• The client may cancel their order within 48 hours of payment, before work begins, for a full refund. • Once work has begun, no refund will be granted, except in case of non-delivery by Plexterra. • Refund requests must be sent to info@plexterra.co.

• Plexterra commits to treating all information provided by the client confidentially. • Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Plexterra reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the date of order.

• These Terms of Service are governed by Quebec law and applicable Canadian federal laws. • In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. • Failing agreement, the courts of Quebec shall have sole jurisdiction.
